Program, set up, and operate CNC mills to meet exact specifications. Select tooling, install inserts, and perform in-process inspections. Interpret blueprints and work instructions to guide production. Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes to ensure reliability. Maintain an organized workspace and support continuous improvement. Requirements 2+ years of CNC mill programming experience (required). 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, aerospace preferred. Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools. Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willing to work overtime when needed.

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
