CNC Programmer/Machinest

A Programmer/Machinist is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. This role combines hands-on machining expertise with technical programming skills to ensure parts are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC machines using CAM software and/or manual G-code programming Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot machining or programming issues and implement solutions Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
