Why You'll Want This Job Work on high-performance automotive components Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Climate-controlled facility Stable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturer Overtime opportunities when needed What You'll Do (CNC Programmer Responsibilities) Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machines Develop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part quality Support machine setup, prove-out, and first-run validation Troubleshoot program issues and make real-time adjustments on the floor Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Recommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvements Ensure programs meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and repeatability Maintain organized program documentation and revision control What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling) Experience with high tolerance parts Strong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM software Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High School Diploma or GED Preferred (Not Required) Mastercam programming experience Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining Background in automotive or performance manufacturing Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives Schedule Full-time, on-site 1st shift available Occasional overtime as needed About Us Accessible Technologies, Inc.
