Job Description

Are you a skilled machinist who loves seeing a project come together from a raw blueprint to a fully functional machine? We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Machinist / Programmer to join our team.

In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons. You will be responsible for machining precision parts, programming CNC equipment, fabricating custom fixtures, and assisting in the hands-on assembly of special-application machines from start to finish. $62,000 - $66,560 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30

High SchoolResponsibilities Precision Machining:
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools-including CNC mills, conventional mills, lathes, and grinders-to machine parts to exact specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Quality Control:
Independently check and verify your own work, utilizing precision measurement equipment to ensure all parts meet strict tolerance requirements.
Tooling & Fixturing:
Design, set up, and fabricate custom fixtures and specialized tools as needed for production.
Project Management:
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines while documenting and reporting your progress.
Machine Assembly:
Assist in the hands-on assembly and building of special-application machinery.
Professional Communication:
Maintain professional verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors.
Workplace Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general or CNC mill machinist.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with CNC mills, conventional mills, and manual lathes, including proficiency in CNC programming.
