Day Shift | Monday•Friday | 7:00 AM•3:30 PM Paducah Gear & Machine Co., LC is an Industrial Repair Company with a full-capacity, climate-controlled machining facility. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist who can program, setup, and operate multiple machines , including but not limited to: CNC Lathes Milling Machines Water Jet Machines Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs) Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Prior CNC machining experience Experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment Ability to perform machine setups and program modifications Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills Experience with HAAS and Fanuc controls preferred Experience using AutoDesk Fusion, BOBCAD/CAM, or similar machining software Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances Reverse engineer sample parts and create drawings Create and edit CNC programs for machining operations Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Work with team members to improve manufacturing efficiency Maintain a safe and clean work environment What We Offer Climate-controlled facility Stable day-shift schedule Opportunity to work on a variety of machining projects Competitive pay based on experience Apply today to join a growing team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and precision machining.
