CNC Machinist Programmer Wall Colmonoy United States, Kentucky, Covington Apr 01, 2026
Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.
Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide. As our, CNC Programmer you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success. Essential Responsibilities Operate mills (Doosan, Haas, Makino) and lathes (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Romi, manual, VTL)
Machine set-up
Diagnose & troubleshoot equipment that affects quality, productivity, or safety.
Develop job floor routers and prepare material, equipment, and labor requirements.
Define requirements and fixtures
Define material requirements and operating parameters for processing parts
Read operation instructions and blueprints.
Read gages and other inspection equipment to confirm conformity, and accuracy, of work.
Run multiple machines concurrently.
Qualifications and Experience Experience using Mastercam and Solidworks software.
High School degree or equivalent is required.
Minimum 5-year professional work experience and/or training
Familiarity/experience with holding tight dimensional tolerances.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, shop environment.
Broad knowledge and experience in: mechanical skills, math and computer skills
