CNC Programmer / Router Operator

| Automated Cutting Technologies ACT, Inc., one of the nation's premier retail fixture and millwork manufacturers, is hiring an experienced CNC Router Programmer / Operator. This is a hands-on role programming and operating CNC routers for wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, hardwood, and acrylic components used in custom cabinetry, retail fixtures, and architectural millwork . If you have 3+ years CNC experience in the cabinet or retail fixture industry and take pride in precision, quality, and efficiency , we want to hear from you.   • 6:00 PM) with occasional overtime Competitive pay based on experience Profit sharing Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Work with modern CNC equipment and a skilled, collaborative team What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC routers to machine components from shop drawings and CAD files Produce parts using nested-based manufacturing (NBM) techniques Load and manage tools and tool holders , maintain tooling and machine precision Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards Perform daily preventative maintenance on CNC routers Label and organize finished parts for production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist with training team members and improving workflow What We're Looking For 3+ years professional CNC router programming/operation in cabinetry, millwork, or retail fixtures Experience with Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, Mozaik, or similar CNC software Strong ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings Experience with wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, hardwood, and acrylic Skilled in toolpath programming and nested-based manufacturing Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset , and a proven track record of high-quality work Ability to lift 75-100 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and professional attitude Schedule Four 10-hour days: Monday•Thursday, 7:30 AM•6:00 PM, with occasional overtime as production requires.
