This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, setting up CNC machines, and ensuring efficient, precise production of components to meet quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities Create and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications Test and troubleshoot CNC programs to ensure optimal machine operation and product quality Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturing processes Set up machinery by loading programs and calibrating tools Monitor production runs and adjust programs as needed to resolve issues Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and production results Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements
