Job Description:
Are you an experienced Milling and/or Lathe Programmer who enjoys turning complex designs into precision-machined parts? This is an opportunity to work with advanced CNC Technology in a clean, climate-controlled environment alongside skilled professionals who value craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Location:
Billerica, MA Shift:
1st & 2nd shifts Salary range: $72,800-$93,000 (depends on experience) What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines Machine parts from raw material to finished product Read blueprints and apply machining best practices Set feeds, speeds, and tolerances Inspect parts using common measuring tools Program using CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred; Mastercam accepted) What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent CNC machining experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Medical & dental insurance 401(k) Paid holidays, vacation & sick time Disability coverage Tuition assistance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
