CNC Programmer

Position:

CNC Machinist Programmer We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of CNC Machinist Programmer for our client's Milling Department. This is a full-time opportunity within a well-established machine shop that manufactures high-quality, close-tolerance parts for a wide range of industries.

Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate CNC milling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet customer requirements. Complete all necessary documentation, including job travelers, operator check sheets, and inspection reports. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with other team members to meet manufacturing goals. Work independently with minimal supervision but seek assistance when necessary. Maintain effective communication and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Skilled in utilizing various measuring tools for precision work. A minimum of 3 years' experience operating CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers. At least 5 years' experience in a setup/programming role with CNC 3-Axis milling centers. Experience with Mastercam software is required. Previous experience in roles such as CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or CNC Mill Machinist is preferred.
