CNC Programmer/Machinist Role:
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in CNC setup and programming is necessary. Demonstrated proficiency in woodworking CNC operations is essential. Familiarity with Biesse Rover B, Biesse Rover Gold, or similar CNC routing and woodworking technology is highly desirable.
Compensation and Perks:
Annual salary range between $60,000.00 and $90,000.00. Comprehensive benefits package. Significant opportunities for overtime pay. Paid time off provided. Retirement savings through a 401K plan. Additional company incentives.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the programming, setup, and operation of CNC woodworking machinery to help deliver high-quality custom millwork, cabinetry, and commercial interior solutions. Execute machine programming and setup, oversee material loading, monitor production cycles, perform quality inspections, and resolve technical machining challenges. Perform essential tasks such as updating tooling, adjusting machine settings, conducting preventative maintenance, managing materials, and optimizing production workflows. Utilize Biesse CNC routers, edgebanders, saws, and drilling equipment to support the efficient production of custom millwork for commercial construction projects.
Required Skillset:
Woodworking expertise. Advanced CNC programming capabilities. Technical proficiency in CNC machine setup.
