CNC Mill Programmer —
Day Shift Bay City, MI Pay:
$25-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Day Shift (Monday-Friday) About the Role Company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to join our growing team in Bay City, MI. This individual will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in interpreting complex blueprints and developing efficient machining processes. Key Responsibilities Create and edit CNC programs for milling operations (preferably using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar software) Set up and operate CNC mills to ensure accurate production Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Select tools, speeds, and feeds appropriate for materials and tolerances Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks Maintain equipment and follow safety and quality standards Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize workflows Qualifications 2+ years of CNC mill programming experience (preferably in a manufacturing or machining environment) Strong understanding of G-code and CAM software Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment Strong math, measurement, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25-$30/hr Day shift schedule with stable hours Growth opportunities within a reputable manufacturing company Supportive team environment Own basic tools.
