This role is responsible for programming, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC router equipment used in the production of custom millwork and cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking CNC operations, be proficient in CAD and Mosaic software, and have the ability to interpret shop drawings and translate them into accurate machine programs. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in delivering high-quality, custom-built products.

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC router machines for custom woodworking and millwork projects Utilize CAD and Mosaic software to create and modify CNC programs Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Design, program, and fabricate custom parts and components, including developing solutions when drawings or specifications are limited Operate beam saw and related equipment as needed Troubleshoot machine issues, programming errors, and material challenges Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper machine function and uptime Collaborate with production and shop teams to meet deadlines and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience operating and programming CNC routers in a woodworking environment Proficiency in CAD software and Mosaic Strong understanding of woodworking materials, fabrication methods, and processes Experience with beam saw operation Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
