Job Description
Transnational Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Lathe Programmer . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and is committed to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Program and set up new parts from engineering drawings and/or sample parts Operate CNC lathes and related machining equipment Set up tooling, fixtures, vises, and clamps Load and unload materials Indicate vises and fixtures and perform deburring operations Inspect and verify parts for conformance to specifications Program, edit, and optimize machine programs Operate machines producing complex, high-tolerance components Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and other shop equipment Design and/or build machining fixtures Work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, steel, forged iron, plastics, and silicates Follow all company safety procedures, work rules, and quality standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of CNC Lathe machining experience Strong prototyping and machining capabilities Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Ability to meet tight deadlines and work occasional overtime as needed How to Apply Apply online at: www.
