CNC Programmer/Operator

```

Duties:

Operate CNC mills and lathes Operate, load/unload material, indicate vices/fixtures, and deburr Inspect and verify conformance to specifications Provide crucial input on CNC programming, tool path, and tool/cutter selection Tool Set up ```

Qualifications:

`` Minimum of 3-years CNC Lathe/Mill machining experience Setting up fixtures, tooling, vices, and clamps Program and edit programs Operates machines running complex and high tolerance components

Materials:

stainless steel, steel, forged iron, plastics and silicates Follows all safety and work rules and practices Capable in prototyping and machining Strong work ethic and highly motivated Attention to detail and well organized Good verbal communication skills Independent and willing to take initiative Able to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and occasional overtime - Ability to work independently or as part of a team
