CNC Operator / Programmer (Cabinet Manufacturing)

Build Something From the Ground Up Armadio is a fast-growing cabinet manufacturer based in Dundee, Michigan. We're building a modern, high-efficiency production operation from scratch—with new equipment, strong leadership, and a clear vision. We're looking for a CNC Programmer / Operator who knows what they're doing —someone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and clean execution on the machine. What You'll Be Doing:

Import designs from 2020 Design Flex into Mozaik Create and optimize toolpaths, drilling, and nesting strategies Review programs before release to ensure accuracy and efficiency Troubleshoot and fix issues before they hit the machine Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC routers for cabinet components Load materials, set tooling, and run jobs with precision Perform first-piece inspections and adjust as needed Keep machines running efficiently with minimal downtime Production Collaboration Work closely with design, engineering, and assembly teams Interpret shop drawings, cutlists, and production schedules Prioritize jobs to keep production flowing smoothly Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure parts meet exact specifications, every time Reduce scrap and rework through smart programming Maintain tooling and assist with machine upkeep Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and output What We're Looking For Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines (woodworking/cabinetry preferred) Strong proficiency in Mozaik (preferred) Experience with cabinet design software (2020 Design Flex is a plus) Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and nesting logic Ability to read shop drawings and production documents Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes ownership of their work Problem-solver who can think ahead—not just react Bilingual is a huge plus Why Armadio Brand new facility and equipment Opportunity to help build and shape the production process Fast-growing company with real momentum Direct impact—your work won't get buried in a big corporation Competitive pay based on experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Many opportunities for growth as production expands Stable, full-time position in a growing operation
