Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs that drive precision machining operations. Your expertise will ensure that parts are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and cutting-edge manufacturing processes, contributing directly to the production of complex components across various industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically proficient, and passionate about precision machining and manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Develop and write CNC programs for various machines such as CNC milling machines using Mastercam software and manual programming techniques. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications, and engineering documentation to ensure accurate machining processes. Conduct troubleshooting on CNC machinery and programming issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Collaborate with the production team to refine machining processes and enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records of machine setups, program revisions, inspection reports, and production logs to ensure traceability and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in CNC programming with a strong understanding of CNC milling machine operations. Proficiency in Mastercam. Skilled in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T standards, and mechanical specifications. Knowledge of CAM programming software for creating efficient toolpaths tailored to specific materials like plastics or metals. Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations during setup and operation. Experience working with HAAS or similar CNC control systems is preferred. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
