Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer and Setup to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and with 5-10 years experience operating CNC machines . This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
• Perform quality checks using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in micrometer usage
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with CNC machines
• Familiarity with warehouse operations
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls (G&M Codes) or Mazatrol
• Strong basic math skills
• Experience with press brake machines and stamping presses is a plus
• Ability to fabricate parts accurately
