Perform complete CNC lathe setups. Preset cutting tools and assist operators with tool changes. Work with Quality department correcting any dimensional issues. Make fixture, tooling, and offset adjustments to maintain part specifications. Diagnose mechanical issues by observing machine performance and identifying abnormal sounds or behavior. Evaluate machines after repair or adjustment to verify performance. Communicate clearly with operators, maintenance, and leadership regarding setups, issues, and priorities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks as needed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
