Candidate Qualifications Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit to help foster a positive team culture. Possess three to five years of programming expertise, with preference given to those skilled in Tebis. Apply your technical knowledge of plastic injection mold processes. Utilize your proficiency in operating Fidia, Makino, or DMG equipment. Demonstrate familiarity with Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems. Execute precise machine set-ups to ensure production efficiency. Apply your understanding of 2D machining operations. Leverage your expertise in working with 3D surface geometries. Manage the full CAD/CAM lifecycle to program and machine both 2D and 3D components. Utilize your background in machine macros and laser tool calibration to improve process accuracy. Maintain comfort and focus while working within a manufacturing facility. Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to support material handling. Work effectively in an environment involving lubricants and oils. Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and maneuvering materials. Handle physical labor requirements such as lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Successfully complete a drug screening process. Maintain consistent and dependable transportation to the workplace. Ensure reliable and consistent attendance to support operational goals.
