Job Description

Job Description Balance Technology is looking for a Senior Lathe Programmer to take ownership of our Haas ST-28 cell . This is a 1st-shift, hands-on role in a clean, professional shop environment. You will handle the programming, setup, and troubleshooting for precision balancing components, collaborating directly with our engineering team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Technical Requirements Experience :

5+ years of senior-level CNC lathe programming and setup.

Software :

Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Mastercam .

Machining :

Expert knowledge of G-code, live tooling, and C-axis programming.

Blueprints :

Ability to read complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T.

Schedule & Pay Shift :

1st

Shift Overtime :

Opportunities available, including occasional Saturdays.
