CNC Swiss Engineering Technician Introduction:
We are hiring skilled CNC Swiss Engineering Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with
SWISS CNC
machines and proficiency in SolidWorks for programming and designing components. As a CNC Swiss Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our machining operations.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality components Program machines using SolidWorks and G-code programming Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or programs Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Experience with
SWISS CNC
machines Proficiency in SolidWorks for programming and designing components Knowledge of G-code programming Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CAD CAM software for SolidWorks Previous work in a manufacturing or engineering environment Knowledge of machining processes and materials Certification or training in CNC machining
