CNC Programmer Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturing facility who is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. The CNC Programmer will daily work on CNC Machines to diagnose, program, and troubleshoot issues, verifying that each machine is working properly while maintaining clear documentation of work performed. The ideal CNC Programmer has multiple years of hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, programming, and operating 5 and 7 Axis CNC Machines while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality. The CNC Programmer is a full-time, direct hire position in Eden Prairie, MN.
CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities:
Set up, Program & Operate CNC Machines Within The Manufacturing Facility Diagnose & Solve Machine Issues, Including Programming & Tooling Document & Maintain All Inspections, Work, & Machine Malfunctions Contribute to
Increasing Efficiency & Production Quality Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines CNC Programmer Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 3+ Years of CNC Programming Experience Which Includes Set up, Full Machine Operation Demonstrates a High Degree of Knowledge Programming & Repairing 5 & 7 Axis CNC Machines Previous Experience With 5 & 7 Axis CNC Machines Strongly Preferred Previous Experience With Mitsubishi M80 Control & Syntec Control Systems Previous Experience Using Esprit CAM Software For Post-Processing Must be Proficient With Reading Blueprints, GD&T Symbols, & Technical Drawings Demonstrates Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills Delivers a High Degree of Attention to
