Full Job Description Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$38•$48 per hour Job Details•Responsibilities Develop, prove‑out, and maintain CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T to produce tight‑tolerance components Optimize tooling, fixturing, feeds, speeds, and cycle times for efficiency and repeatability Support first article inspections (FAI), validation activities, and ongoing production Troubleshoot machining and programming issues; implement corrective actions Create and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure compliance with
ISO 13485 / FDA
requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam strongly preferred) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience machining tight‑tolerance parts (±0.0005" or tighter) Background in regulated industries (medical device preferred; aerospace acceptable) Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, and CNC machining fundamentals A bit about us:•We are a well‑established medical device manufacturer supporting the development and production of mission‑critical components for regulated healthcare applications.
