Salary:

Work in a regulated medical device environment where quality and precision matter Stable manufacturing operation with strong engineering and quality support Opportunity to influence processes, tooling decisions, and programming standards Collaborative culture between production, engineering, and quality teams Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits Long-term career path for senior or high-potential CNC professionals Job Details Responsibilities Develop, prove-out, and maintain CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T to produce tight-tolerance components Optimize tooling, fixturing, feeds, speeds, and cycle times for efficiency and repeatability Support first article inspections (FAI), validation activities, and ongoing production Troubleshoot machining and programming issues; implement corrective actions Create and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure compliance withISO 13485 / FDA
requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam strongly preferred) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience machining tight-tolerance parts ( 0.0005" or tighter) Background in regulated industries (medical device preferred; aerospace acceptable) Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, and CNC machining fundamentals Interested in hearing more?
