CNC Programmer:

Work safely and follow all established procedures Review blueprints, materials, and specifications to plan machining and programming Interpret GD&T to ensure accurate part setup and machining Enter machine instructions, including zero and reference points Use tool registers, offsets, and basic geometry/trigonometry to calculate machining requirements Load workpieces and verify machine settings using measurements and first-run checks Monitor operations, detect malfunctions, and maintain part specifications Troubleshoot processes, edit programs, and replace worn tools as needed Meet production goals for cycle time, quality, and output Safely load and unload castings and raw materials Inspect parts and adjust CNC codes to ensure accuracy Perform tool changes, offsets, and necessary adjustments Complete daily cleaning and light machine maintenance Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What You Need to Bring to the

CNC Programmer Role:
