About the Role As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. You will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine operation to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the reliability of our final products. Responsibilities Configure and operate multi-axis CNC milling centers to execute complex production runs with high precision. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to ensure exact adherence to design specifications. Proactively maintain equipment health through routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Validate component quality by utilizing advanced metrology tools like micrometers and calipers to confirm dimensional accuracy. Partner with the production team to streamline workflows and enhance overall manufacturing throughput. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to ensure a productive environment for all staff. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated professional experience in CNC milling and machine operation. Solid grasp of CNC programming logic and modern machining methodologies. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with precision measurement instrumentation. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in machining or manufacturing technology. Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
