About the Role As a CNC Turning Specialist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine operation to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production workflows. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC lathe operations to deliver parts that strictly adhere to complex engineering blueprints. Optimize machine performance through proactive monitoring and precise adjustments to maximize output efficiency. Execute preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Validate component integrity by utilizing advanced precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy. Partner with engineering teams to refine manufacturing processes and implement productivity improvements. Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that complies with all industrial safety regulations. Maintain comprehensive production logs to ensure traceability and operational transparency. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven professional experience operating and setting up CNC lathe machinery. Deep proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and complex blueprints. Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented execution. Preferred Skills Technical degree or formal certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology. Experience with advanced CNC programming software and G-code editing. History of working in high-volume, fast-paced production environments.
