CNC Programmer/Setup

About us ALC Engineered Solutions is a small business in Lockwood, MO. We provide machining services for the aviation, automotive, energy, agriculture, ammunition, and food processing industries. Our capabilities include milling, turning, polishing, engineering, and design services. Our company is seeking a CNC Programmer for a position requiring extensive knowledge of operating CNC machining tools (mill, lathe, Swiss lathe). Candidates with experience in operating a variety of machines will be preferred for this position. The ability to program and set up CNC machines is required. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation of knowledge with the skills to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machining tools. Candidates with experience in CAM/CAD software are needed.

Responsibilities:

Program and set up CNC machine. Operate the CNC machine in accordance with operator manuals. Understand the machine manual. Read blueprints and drawings. First piece inspection per blueprint and drawing requirements. Read and understand tooling manuals. Read and understand maintenance manuals. Read and understand product specifications.

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
