Mozaik / CNC BSolid Programmer

Job Overview:

Fine WoodWorks is seeking an experienced Mozaik / CNC BSolid Programmer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing cabinet layouts, preparing jobs for CNC production, and driving the front end of our production process. This position sets the foundation for the shop floor—accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as mistakes at this stage impact the entire production process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mozaik software and CNC machinery, and can manage projects from design through production with minimal supervision.

Pay Details:

Experienced position (no training provided)

Pay:

$27

• 40 per hour, based on experience Working knowledge of Mozaik and basic CNC exposure: $27
• 30 Solid experience in Mozaik and ability to run jobs through BSolid with minimal guidance: $30
• 35 Highly skilled—able to manage jobs from design through CNC production independently: $35
• 40 Raises based on consistency, accuracy, and overall contribution to shop efficiency

Schedule:

40 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 6:00am

• 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) Fridays are reserved for overtime when needed to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Design and modify cabinet layouts using Mozaik Take cabinet jobs from Mozaik through BSolid to CNC production Set up, review, and verify jobs before they reach the shop floor Manage material layouts, nesting, and part optimization Ensure accuracy of dimensions, joinery, and construction details Maintain organized, production-ready files for each job Coordinate with shop personnel to keep workflow moving efficiently Identify and resolve issues before they impact production

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Mozaik software (required) Experience using BSolid or similar CNC control software Hands-on experience in a cabinet shop or woodworking environment Strong understanding of cabinet construction and production workflow High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs Problem-solving mindset with the ability to catch and correct issues early Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment How to Apply Email your résumé or a short introduction to: jen@finewoodworks.best
