If you're comfortable owning setups, dialing in tight tolerances, and jumping into G/M code when needed, you'll fit right in. Fast responses, simple steps, and a quick start await you. $2500 Sign-on Bonus + weekly pay Key responsibilities Set up and run CNC mills and lathes for production jobs Assist with CNC programming and troubleshoot existing programs Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and hand metrology; adjust machines to maintain spec Execute tooling changes and modify tool geometry as needed Perform basic machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.) Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-focused Work independently while meeting quality and throughput targets Must-have capabilities Self-motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision Solid command of G-code and M-code Blueprint reading and interpretation Hands-on skill with precision measurement tools Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam, or Fanuc is beneficial Physical requirements Standing, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Work schedule 2nd shift: approximately 3:30-12am, Monday-Friday Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday Proficiencies we value
