Continuous opportunities for cross-training and long-term professional advancement. As a CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer, you will be a key player in bringing complex precision parts to life. You will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of advanced lathe machines, ensuring every component meets exact print specifications and tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate a variety of CNC lathe machines.
• Create and adjust programs (G-code) to monitor tool wear and optimize efficiency.
• Verify dimensions and part conformance using high-end precision measuring instruments.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
• Load and indicate parts to fixtures with extreme precision.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent quality and output. State-of-the-Art Facility

  Multi-axis centers with live tooling, sub-spindles, twin turrets, and automated bar feeders.

• Experience:

  3-5 years of professional CNC lathe machining experience.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in G-code programming and independent machine setup.

• Blueprint Literacy:

  Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
