  • Full-time CNC Machinist / CAD‑CAM Programmer We are seeking a top‑tier CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision‑focused environment operating under AS9100 and
ISO 9001
quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the entire process—from reading the print to delivering a fully inspected, production‑ready part. If you take pride in craftsmanship, independence, and problem‑solving, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities
  • Full‑process machining: programming, setup, operation, and in‑process inspection
  • Create efficient toolpaths using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
  • Program and run Haas CNC lathes with live tooling, including multi‑operation and complex geometry parts
  • Optimize tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies for maximum efficiency and accuracy
  • Hold tight tolerances and maintain consistent quality in an
AS9100 & ISO 9001
‑compliant workflow
  • Complete jobs independently from start to finish, including documentation, traceability, and process control requirements Qualifications
  • Strong CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes
  • Hands‑on experience with Haas lathes featuring live tooling
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM programming
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of materials, tooling, GD&T, and precision machining
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and
ISO 9001
requirements, including documentation, inspection, and process discipline What We Offer
