We are seeking a skilled Process Technician with CNC programming experience for a growing manufacturing facility in Wilmington, NC. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can support production processes while developing and optimizing CNC programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure efficient operation Support process improvements to increase quality and productivity Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Collaborate with engineering and production teams Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Experience as a Process Technician and/or CNC Programmer Strong CNC programming skills (G-code or CAM software) Experience with SolidWorks preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials Why Apply?
