Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking skilled CNC Mill Programmer / Operators to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC 3 axis Mills and possess mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment effectively. Schedule is 1st shift.
Duties:
Set up Program CNC Mills to produce precision parts as per specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect finished products for accuracy and make adjustments as necessaryRead and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain product specifications Assist and train operators
Skills:
Proficiency in CNC Programing, operation and set-up Able to program in Mastercam Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues Experience with tooling setup and maintenanceCompetency in blueprint reading for part specifications Must be able to read precision measuring tools. Id and Od micrometers and calipers Knowledge of Mazak controls is a plus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, utilizing their skills to contribute to the production of high-quality components. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
