This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic machining and setup experience who wants to continue developing advanced CNC machining skills. Responsibilities Assist with CNC machine setup and operation Support programming and production activities Learn tooling, setups, fixtures, and inspection processes Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Maintain organized workstations and production areas Work closely with senior programmers and machinists Qualifications 1-3 years machining or CNC experience preferred Blueprint reading skills preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail CAD/CAM experience is a plus
