Machine Shop Manager About the Role We are looking for a skilled- CNC Programmer Machinist
- to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for both programming and running CNC machines, with a strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs using
- Autodesk Fusion 360
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot
- Haas CNC mills and lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Select proper tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances
- Continuously improve machining processes for cycle time reduction and quality improvement
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360
- (required)
- must be able to program 3-axis and 4-axis parts efficiently
- Extensive experience setting up and operating
- Haas CNC machines
- (required)
- Solid understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and tooling selection
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine/program issues
- High attention to detail and strong quality focus
- Reliable transportation and ability to work standard shop hours Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 5-axis machining
- Knowledge of Mastercam or other CAM software (a plus)
- Familiarity with Haas NextGen controls What We Offer
