Job Description We are looking for a skilled 3D CNC Programmer to join our custom themed prop fabrication shop. This position involves programming, setting up, and operating a FrogMill CNC machine for custom foam fabrication. The ideal candidate has experience with CAD/CAM software, understands CNC machining processes, and can work independently in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities Program and operate FrogMill CNC machinery Create and edit CNC toolpaths from CAD drawings and 3D models Set up materials, tooling, and machine fixtures Monitor machine performance and ensure quality production Troubleshoot machining and programming issues Maintain organized project and machine files Work with the fabrication team to complete custom projects on schedule Follow shop safety procedures and keep work areas clean Qualifications CNC programming and machine operation experience Familiarity with CAD/CAM software Ability to read shop drawings and 3D models Understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and material setup Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in custom fabrication themed prop shop preferred 3D Printing Experience is an asset What we Offer
