Due to a recent leadership transition, the organization is seeking a high-level CNC Programming Manager to step in and lead the programming function while remaining hands-on with complex work. This is a critical, high-visibility role with direct impact on production, efficiency, and overall machining strategy. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of CNC programmers Own and execute complex CNC programming, including multi-axis machining Partner closely with engineering to interpret drawings and optimize manufacturability Drive improvements in programming processes, tooling, and cycle times Support a modern, well-equipped machine shop with advanced capabilities What We're Looking For Strong background in CNC programming (CAD/CAM) Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis Ability to work from complex drawings and GD&T Proven ability to operate at a lead or senior level, formally or informally Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency Why This Role Leadership opportunity with a respected, stable company Significant investment in modern equipment and technology Ability to shape and elevate the programming function Highly competitive compensation package Compensation $125,000 - $175,000 + full benefits Relocation support may be available
