- Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to machine parts according to print specifications.
- Duties
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
- Management experience a plus
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform quality checks using inspection equipment
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC lathes
- Familiarity with Mazak controls
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues
- Ability to use measurment instruments
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with Mazak machines a plus
