- Full-time CNC Programmer Bennett Die and Tool is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing 3
- and 5-axis CNC mills machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Programming:
Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Setup and Operation:
Oversee the setup and operation of CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, fixturing, and workflow.Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers and production staff to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and provide input on design for manufacturability.Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve programming or machining issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of programming changes, setups, and production routers.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency in CNC operations.Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.Experience:
Minimum of [5] years of experience in CNC programming and machining,Skills:
Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code). Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks). Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and work holding methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time permanent benefited position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Must be willing to work overtime until 5PM and Saturday Mornings when necessary.
