JOB DESCRIPTION

CNC Programmer/Operator Location:

 Valley City, Ohio

Schedule:

 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do:

Program and operate CNC Mills using MasterCAM Load/unload materials and accurately indicate vices and fixtures Set up tools, vices, clamps, and fixtures for efficient machining Inspect and verify parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and specifications Provide valuable input on: CNC programming strategies Tool paths and cutter selection Operate machines to produce complex, high-tolerance components Follow all safety protocols and company work practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe/Mill machining experience Strong background in programming and editing CNC programs Experience with tool setup and fixture alignment Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal communication and a team-oriented mindset Capable of prototyping and machining custom parts Why Join Us?
