$80, 000 $100, 000 per year (DOE)

Oklahoma City, OK 73108
Shift:
Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PM (overtime as needed)
Job Type:
Direct Hire Position Overview The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for multi-axis machining operations in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This CNC Programmer role works closely with machinists and engineering teams to improve efficiency, ensure accuracy, and maintain production standards. The ideal CNC Programmer is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of working with complex parts and tight tolerances. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of CNC programming experience Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD models Experience troubleshooting and modifying CNC programs Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality Ability to collaborate with machinists and production teams Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis mill machines Interpret blueprints, models, and engineering drawings Collaborate with machinists to improve efficiency and workflow Troubleshoot and modify existing programs as needed Ensure programs meet quality and production standards Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation of programs and processes Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace or tight-tolerance manufacturing Strong background working with complex geometries and precision parts Work Environment Climate-controlled manufacturing facility High-precision machining environment with tight tolerances Collaborative setting involving engineering and production teams Job
