mill. Program CNC machines directly at the machine. Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters. Perform machine setups and make necessary adjustments. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications of CNC Mill Operator/Programmer Previous CNC milling experience required. Strong CNC programming experience required. Must be able to program and make edits at the machine. Experience with
