$33.00-$40.00/hr + $1.50/hr

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Day or Swing Shift) About the Company Opti Staffing is hiring for a precision manufacturing company specializing in close?tolerance machined components, assemblies, prototyping, and production runs. With a second facility now open, we're growing fast and looking for skilled machinists who want long-term career opportunities. What You'll Do Develop manufacturing plans from engineering drawings Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and GD&T Set up CNC mills, lathes, Wire & Sinker EDM, and related equipment Configure tools, fixtures, and machine offsets (X, Y, Z) Read, understand, and adjust G & M code Monitor production and make precision adjustments Perform in?process and final inspections Maintain tolerances of +/-.001 Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area What's In It for You 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Career growth in a rapidly expanding operation What You Need Strong CNC machining background Deep knowledge of machine tools, controls, speeds, and feeds Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Excellent machine shop math skills Ability to work independently Strong communication and problem?solving skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to stand for a full shift Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Preferred EDM experience (Wire or Sinker) High?precision or aerospace machining background Next Steps Send your updated resume to be considered.
