  • $1,000-$4,000 (paid after 1 year of service)

  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist & Programmer to join a high-performing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with advanced machining experience who can independently plan, set up, and execute production processes while maintaining precision and quality standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Develop and execute machining plans based on engineering drawings and specifications + Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and production work instructions + Set up CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and equipment for production runs + Monitor machining processes and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance + Measure and inspect parts throughout production to ensure compliance with specifications + Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality + Troubleshoot issues proactively and implement effective solutions + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment •Required Skills & Qualifications•+ Advanced experience with CNC machining and programming + Experience working on large, complex fabrication projects + Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities + High attention to detail and organizational skills + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset + Commitment to workplace safety •Schedule•

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
