We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong Haas machine experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and efficiency. Position Overview The CNC Programmer/Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining Haas CNC machines while producing high-quality precision parts to exact specifications. Responsibilities Set up Haas CNC machines by loading materials, selecting tooling, and establishing work offsets and tool planes Operate and monitor CNC equipment during production runs Make real-time adjustments to speeds, feeds, and offsets to maintain part quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and indicators Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime Perform preventative machine maintenance including coolant checks and machine cleaning Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience with Haas controls required Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, machining principles, speeds, and feeds Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of GD&T and tight tolerance machining Technical machining certification or trade school training preferred Haas CNC Certification is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Pay & Benefits $23-$30/hr DOE Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days 401(k) with partial company match after 6 months 80 hours of paid time off annually 7 paid holidays per year Stable full-time opportunity with growth potential If you are a motivated CNC professional looking for a long-term opportunity with a strong team environment, we encourage you to apply today!
