Position Overview:

We're seeking a Lathe Setup/Programmer with strong Esprit CAM experience to handle both prototype and production work. The ideal candidate can think quickly, adapt to changes, and has a passion for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC lathes using Esprit CAM software Set up machines for new parts and ensure efficient changeovers Run prototypes and support low- to mid-volume production Read and interpret complex prints, GD&T, and customer requirements Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards Collaborate with machinists, inspectors, and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in lathe setup 1+ years of experience in lathe programming in Esprit CAM (or similar software, with willingness to train on Esprit) Ability to work independently and problem-solve quickly Experience with aerospace or tight-tolerance work preferred Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and process optimization
