CNC MACHINIST / PROGRAMMER
Aries Electronics, Inc., an electronic connector manufacturer located in Bristol, PA., has an immediate opening for a reliable and productive CNC Machinist / Programmer. This position is open for a full time, part time or a semi-retired machinists/programmer to work on consistent orders in a comfortable environment, for an established small family owned/run business. This is a first shift (7am-3:30pm) M-F opportunity, with overtime possibilities, when/if required by management. To be considered for an interview, you must have the following major requirements and experience levels listed below, but not limited to: At least 2 years of experience creating /editing CNC programs using CNC CAM software. Experience with FeatureCAM CNC software is a major plus. Experience with other CNC programming software will be considered. Be able to manually edit/write programs at the CNC controller when required. At least 2 years experience safely setting up and operating Vertical CNC Machining/Milling Centers (Haas DT & MiniMills and Bridgeport), and perform any necessary/required CNC preventative maintenance when needed. Experience machining Engineering grade plastics, aluminum, copper and some stainless steel. Experience machining/drilling tight tolerances and very small details/features. Creating tooling and fixtures, when required Be capable of controlling raw material and tooling inventory and coordinate with Purchasing to replenish inventory as needed. Measuring/inspecting parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gages, gage blocks and pins, Visual Inspection equipment, etc using basic math skills. Be able to read and interpret blue prints/detail drawings. Resumes need to be submitted in PDF format with references and include income requirements.
