CNC Programmer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include: Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation Proficiency in G-Code programming for Haas Lathes (SL10, ST40, TL3W) Experience with Fusion 360; Mastercam experience is a plus Ability to set up and optimize programs for efficiency and precision Supervise and train CNC operators, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards Perform inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, and collaborate with QA for FAI and in-process inspections Maintain and document CNC programs, setups, and tooling solutions Perform routine maintenance and coordinate machine repairs as needed

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities up to 50 hours per week

Salary:

$30.00•$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
